Victor I love your work both on screen and what your doing off screen. I grew up in a domestic violent home and then was abuse while pregnant at 14 by my child's father and finally when I ended up in the ER I realized it was time to get away. Your truly an inspiration. What didn't kill us only made us stronger. God Bless You.

Many Blessings for your words of hope, Victor. My six older siblings and I grew up in a violently abusive home, with our father as the primary abuser. While all of us were cruelly abused, my eldest brother received the worst of my father's treatment. For many years no one came forward in a public forum to say, "This happened to me also, it was wrong, and we must work to stop it." By your words and actions, you have granted permission to countless men (and women) to heal the wounds of their shattered childhoods and change the course of history for their own families.
Please continue to speak the truth.

Victor, your story hit my home life as a child. I witnessed my dad beat my brother practically every day since the age of 3. Never spoke about it growing up, but it amazes me when when I hear the stories now how my home life was not so different than others. I am eager to read your book.

Victor I just saw you on Montel. I have to say you brought up so mnay memories as a child. I was not the one abused but I rememeber my father using my mother as his personal punching bag. Visions you can understand I'm sure. I have visions at times. He has not abused her in years. But, he has never sad sorry to anyone. I have told him he has to look back and say sorry to not just me and my siblings but to my mother. She is not the woman she could of been because of the abuse. I want to go get your book but I must admit I am a bit nervous to read it. I wish I had the courage to speak out more to not just strangers but, to my own family. Thank you for sharing yuor story. Victor, I saw you on the Montel show and want you to know how wonderful you are to have overcome such a horrible home life. I too suffered the same abuse from my parents and I am told often that I am so blessed to still be a warm, loving person. I know now that you and I have a flame in our hearts that gives us the strength to be far far better than the people who abused us. Keep up the great work your doing to spread the message.
God Bless, Laura

After seeing you on the Montel show I went out and got your book. I just finished reading it and am truly sorry that you and your family had to endure such horrific treatment at the hands of someone you loved. That you were able to survive and become such an admireable human being gives others such hope. To open up your lives so others can learn is so brave of you. I wish you and your beautiful family peace and tranquility. You have my deepest respect. Thank You..Debbie
